Coffee and Crafts with Sarah Keir

Sarah is a general practitioner, currently as a locum in small animal work. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and collection of crafting hobbies which she describes as having taken over every room of the house! She writes two blogs (www.sarahthevet.com and www.bakerattlenroll.com ), writing on very diverse topics between the two.

Sarah has always crafted from a tiny kid and has reconnected with her crafting passion as a way of introducing mindful practice into her life and give her brain something other than ‘vet’ to concentrate on. She usually has a craft kit in her bag to fit in some crafting therapy in any spare moment. She is a self-confessed crafting collector having tried a huge variety of crafts over the years as she describes the learning, the challenge and mindful concentration as more important to her than the finished article (as many UFO will attest). She is excited to be bringing a crafting session to the WellVet Virtual for the first time ever and exploring some new crafts and reinvestigating others.
