This session was taken from the WellVet Virtual 2020 Series, a wellbeing boost for the entire team, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim. We're joined by Rosie Brandeth-Poynter to talk about the joy and fun that is involved in creating veterinary themed tea and cupcakes.
Rosie was a semi-finalist on the Great British Bake Off 2019, best known for producing her animal-themed bakes.
After qualifying in 2015 from Cambridge, she worked in mixed practices for 5 years and now works as a night vet in Oxfordshire.
Growing up with a severe nut allergy, and living with a sister who is gluten and lactose intolerant, Rosie is expert in developing allergen free bakes and recipes for the whole family to enjoy.
She is also your go-to person for doggie biscuit recipes and treats for your family’s other pets.
Rosie will be encouraging us all to get decorative with our lockdown baking with a special animal-themed recipe for us to eat together during “Tea and Cupcakes with Rosie”!
