Get the endorphins going as you wake up with a jog . Seasoned runner and Vet, Nat Scroggie will be leading you around the picturesque grounds of Girton College. Take it as fast or slow as you like; there are no prizes for first place!

Lizzie Lockett and Lisa Quigley from The Mind Matters team will be sharing insights gained from the winners of past years’ Mind Matters Initiative and SPVS Vet Wellbeing Awards as well as giving details of how to apply for this year's award. They will also be giving an overview of the RCVS Mind Matters Initiative and the role of wellbeing in the veterinary workplace.
