This session was taken from the WellVet Virtual 2020 Series, a wellbeing boost for the entire team, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim. We're joined by person trainer and lifestyle coach Adam Robinson who will be showing how you can prepare good nutritious lunches to fit in with busy practice life, and keep you fuelled with healthy options during this Lunch Break Boost.
Adam is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach with a passion for bodyweight exercise and home workouts. He was a vet nurse and his fiancé is a vet nurse. His interest with bodyweight exercise started with martial arts which he developed as a skill to help him become fitter and stronger. From there, he went on to help others through personal training. Adam is also hugely passionate about creating a stronger mindset to achieve success, not only in training, but in all aspects of life.
The workout will be a full body HIIT session focusing on effective exercises while keeping work time low. It will be suitable for all levels as Adam will demonstrate progressions and regressions to make it achievable for everyone.
